Abi Beauty ★★★★★ 4.9/5
Endosphere therapy in Sofia is offered by dozens of salons at about €92 to €120 per full-body session. The treatment is a device massage with a handpiece of rotating spheres that works with compressive microvibration on cellulite, fluid retention and loose skin. This guide explains what endosphere therapy is, what it really does, what it costs in Sofia according to public price lists, how many sessions are needed and what to ask the salon. It ends with a comparison with Spherolift massage: the same working principle, at the 6 Abi Beauty clinics.
What endosphere therapy is
Endosphere is the everyday name for Endosphères Therapy, a method and device made by the Italian manufacturer Fenix Group. Endosphères® and Compressive Microvibration® are registered trademarks, so strictly speaking "endosphere" means a treatment with that manufacturer's device. In Bulgaria the word is also used loosely for any device massage with a sphere roller, the way "hoover" is used for a vacuum cleaner.
The device has a cylindrical handpiece with 55 silicone spheres on its surface according to the manufacturer, or 50 to 60 depending on the model and the publication. As the cylinder rotates, the spheres press and release the tissue at a frequency of roughly 30 to 350 Hz. The manufacturer calls this compressive microvibration and sets it against vacuum-roller massage: there the tissue is sucked in, here it is pressed.
The manufacturer lists five actions: pain relief, lymphatic drainage, vascular (better microcirculation), contouring and muscle toning. The published studies are small, have no control group and are written by authors linked to the manufacturer or distributor. The most detailed one, from 2024, with 27 women and 12 sessions of 60 minutes, reports a waist circumference reduction of 4 to 6 cm and a denser dermis on ultrasound, with the effect kept two months after the course. That is the realistic frame of expectations: smoother skin, less swelling, a smaller circumference. It is not weight loss and it is not a medical treatment.
What it treats and what it does not
Endosphere therapy is sought most often for cellulite, fluid retention and heavy legs, loose skin on the thighs, buttocks, abdomen and arms, and for the face: jawline, puffiness, tone. It also works as a drainage massage after training and with a sedentary lifestyle.
What it does not do: it does not melt fat and does not change body weight. An expert quoted by a large Russian publication says outright that the treatment "is not for fighting excess weight". The promises of "two sizes down" and "5 to 7 kg per course" found in advertising come with no evidence attached. Fibrous nodules of grade 3 and 4 cellulite do not disappear from massage; they soften and show less.
Endosphere therapy prices in Sofia
The prices below come from public price lists of Sofia salons read in October 2026. They are a market guide, not an Abi Beauty offer.
| Treatment | Duration | Single | Package of 12 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full body | 60 to 75 min | €102 to €120 | €970 to €1,200 |
| Standard (legs, buttocks, abdomen) | 45 min | €97 to €110 | €820 to €1,100 |
| Half body | 30 min | €90 to €100 | €665 to €1,020 |
| Face | 20 to 40 min | about €65 | about €650 |
| Pregnancy (leg drainage) | 30 to 45 min | about €85 | about €750 |
A full course of 12 full-body sessions comes to between about €1,000 and €1,200 at a salon with an original device. Salon aggregators also show single prices from €67 for the full body, usually with devices from other manufacturers. A low price is not a problem in itself, but then the salon should not sell the treatment as Endosphères.
How many sessions and how often
The manufacturer recommends a course of 12 or 18 sessions, 2 to 3 times a week, with at least 48 hours between two sessions. After the course, maintenance twice a month for 3 to 4 months, then once a month. Without maintenance the effect lasts, by various sources, between 2 and 6 months. One full-body session takes 60 to 75 minutes, a local zone 30 to 45, the face 20 to 40.
This is also the most common reason for disappointment: one or two sessions give a feeling of lightness and drainage, but a visible change in the skin and circumference comes after 6 to 12. Before paying for a package, ask the salon for the realistic number of sessions for your zone and grade of cellulite.
Contraindications
The advertising line "no contraindications, 100% safe" is not true of any device massage. The manufacturer itself advises against endosphere therapy during pregnancy and in the first 6 months of breastfeeding. Other sources add active cancer, deep vein thrombosis and thrombophlebitis, acute infections and fever, skin diseases and wounds in the area, surgery within the last 3 months, a pacemaker and flare-ups of autoimmune disease. With varicose veins, diabetes, anticoagulants, hernia or implants in the area a doctor's opinion is needed. For the face: no fillers or botox in the last 30 days and no threads in the last 90. Menstruation is not a contraindication unless there is pain or heavy bleeding.
How to choose a salon for endosphere therapy in Sofia
- Brand and model of the device. If the salon says Endosphères, ask for the model (Evolution, AK Sensor, Essenza, Smart) and whether it is on the manufacturer's official list. If the device is from another manufacturer, an honest salon says so and gives the treatment its own name.
- A public price list. Single price, package price and what the zone includes. A treatment "on request" is a signal to move on.
- A realistic number of sessions. A salon that promises a result from one session, or sells 24 before seeing you, is not telling you the truth.
- Hygiene. The roller is removed and disinfected after every client, and the treatment is done on clean skin or through a thin garment.
- Google reviews. Read the latest ones, not the overall score, and look for specifics about the treatment, not the interior.
- Location and schedule. With 2 to 3 sessions a week for a month and a half, the distance to the salon decides whether you finish the course.
The alternative: Spherolift massage at Abi Beauty
Abi Beauty does not use the Endosphères device and does not call its treatment endosphere. The same type of massage, a cylindrical handpiece with rotating spheres and mechanical microvibration without vacuum or heat, is called Spherolift at Abi Beauty. It is done with a large handpiece for the body and a small one for the face, by zones of 20 to 60 minutes, at all 6 clinics in Sofia, every day from 10:00 to 20:00, with online booking.

Which is for whom: if the Endosphères brand itself matters to you, look for a salon on the manufacturer's official list and expect the prices in the table above. If you want the treatment itself, a rotating-sphere massage for cellulite and swelling, with a clinic near home and online booking, Spherolift at Abi Beauty is the same working principle. With both, the result depends on the course and the maintenance, not on the label on the device.
